1. Open Remote Desktop Connection

2. Logon to (nreugc101) with domain credentials

3. Open up Active Directory users & Computers

4. Select VIEW on the top panel_ Select ADVANCED FEATURES

5. Select Disabled Accounts_ Select Users

6.  Double click the user to remove from GAL

7. Select Attribute Editor

8. Scroll down and Double click  'mailNickname' _ Fill in the user full name as per creation on AD_ Select OK

9. Scroll down and Double 'msExchHideAddressLists'_ on the Value Select TRUE- Select OK

10.Click Apply and OK
