1. Open Remote Desktop connection
  2. Log on to the (nreugcs101) with your admin domain credentials.
  3. Open up Active Directory users and computerss.
  4. Locate the User.
  5. Open up the users properties.
  6. Click on the Account Tab.
  7. Make sure to check the Unlock tick box.
  8. Click Apply and save.


you have now unlocked a users account.
